Common questions

Do my clients need Telegram?

Not always. Clients can book in Telegram or, where web booking is enabled, open your web link, confirm their phone with a code by SMS, and get booking updates by email. Clients never need a Tere account.

Do I need Telegram?

Yes. Your schedule lives there, so you can accept or decline from your phone without opening a dashboard.

What if someone just wants to chat?

It never reaches you. Free text, haggling, and photos are discarded. Only a request with a real date and time becomes a booking.

Can I still add bookings myself?

Yes. Add appointments by hand from your calendar, so the times you fill elsewhere stay blocked.

What languages does it speak?

English and Spanish. Your bot speaks whichever you choose, and anything you write yourself stays exactly as you wrote it.

What does it cost?
